The Biography of Dr. Eva Daniel

Dr. Eva Daniel, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC
         Dr. Eva Diana Daniel is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, in Sarasota, Florida. She has been in the healthcare service for approximately seventeen years now. She cares for a mass assortment of patients with chronic and acute illness in skilled nursing facilities and in home care settings. . She assesses, diagnoses, orders medications and laboratory tests for her patients.
        Dr. Eva Daniel was born in the city of Budapest, Hungary. She emigrated to the United States of America at the tender age of eighteen years old in the year 1989. Currently, she subsists in Sarasota, of southwest Florida with her husband Steven and her daughter Scarlett. When Dr. Daniel is not caring for patients or studying to advance her education, she revels in traveling to exotic, foreign countries and learning about its people and their cultures.  Correspondingly, she also enjoys gardening, dancing, scuba diving, and volunteering in her free time.
       Dr. Daniel embarked on her healthcare career as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1999.  She graduated at the top of her class from Suncoast Technical College, Sarasota, Florida. Dr. Daniel attended Excelsior College in 2002, and received her Associate in Science degree in Nursing with honors and earned her Florida Registered Nurse license. Dr. Daniel continued with her studies in healthcare and received her Bachelors and Masters in Science degree from University of South Florida (USF), Tampa, Florida. In 2014, Dr. Daniel received her Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). In August 2016, she has received her Doctor of Nurse Practitioner degree from University of South Florida, Tampa, FL, with the primary focus in Dermatology.
       
   Since Dr. Daniel begin her healthcare career, she has spent her time working in many different healthcare settings such as skilled nursing facilities, acute care hospitals, and different home health companies, taking care of typically the geriatric population. During her nursing career, she also held many different professional titles like: charge nurse, nursing supervisor, case manager, and psychiatric registered nurse.  
     
    Dr. Eva Daniel is also an outstanding member of many academic societies such as:  Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Delta Elipson Iota Academic Honor Society, and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She is a dedicated member of the American Nurses Association, Florida Nurses Association, and the Florida Nurse Practitioners Association.
